Casa de Shenandoah, a 36-acre ranch outside Las Vegas once owned by performer Wayne Newton, recently hit the market for $70 million. Newton and his family lived at the ranch since the 1960s but the property was purchased in 2010 by CSD LLC to develop a Wayne Newton museum.
While the project failed, the Newton family owns 20 percent of CSD, which is not enough to keep the home, Redfin reports.
